What we do
We deliver outreach, respite and personal care for under 25s with autism, LD and physical disabilities in the home, the community and in family hubs.
We are passionate about shaping services around the evolving thoughts, wishes and feelings of young people and their families to achieve an improved quality of life. Plans can include, developing life skills, self-care, gardening, social outings and health and well-being activities.
We invite young people to help plan joint activities for small or larger groups to build confidence and encourage social interaction.
We are commissioned by local authorities and by families via direct payments. We listen closely to children, young people and families to shape the content of outreach sessions.
What we offer
We offer personal care and outreach including:
